Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hypernova sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping, no shipping fee, and no waiting on a courier. This page explains how your order reaches you and what to do if it doesn't show up.

1. Delivery Method

All orders are delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also find your keys at any time in My Library when logged into your Hypernova account.

2. Delivery Time

Instant delivery: most orders arrive within seconds of payment being confirmed.

Manual review: a small percentage of orders are flagged for fraud review and can take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email update if your order is held.

Pre-orders: keys for unreleased titles are delivered up to 24 hours before the official release time.

3. Didn't Receive Your Key?

Check your spam, promotions, and updates folders — delivery emails sometimes get filtered.

Log into your account and check My Library — the key is always available there.

Still nothing? Contact our support team with your order number and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

4. Regional Availability

Some publishers restrict where their keys can be activated. We clearly label any region lock on the product page before you check out. If you bought a region-locked key by mistake, contact support — we can usually swap it for an equivalent product.

5. Wrong Email Address

If you entered the wrong email at checkout, contact support immediately. As long as the key hasn't been opened, we can re-send it to the correct address.
