Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Hypernova, including browsing, purchases, and the digital products we deliver. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or restrictions imposed by the publisher.
Promo codes have their own terms and may be revoked if abused.
3. Digital Delivery
Keys and gift cards are delivered to the email address on your order, typically within seconds of payment. In rare cases involving manual fraud review delivery may take up to 24 hours; you will receive an email if this happens.
4. License & Permitted Use
When you buy a digital key, you are buying a license issued by the publisher of the underlying game or software, subject to that publisher's End User License Agreement. Hypernova grants you no rights to the underlying software beyond the license the publisher grants.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Reselling keys purchased for personal use, sharing accounts, or using bots to scrape pricing or place orders.
Attempting to bypass region restrictions, payment systems, or any technical safeguard.
Posting reviews, comments, or messages that are unlawful, abusive, or infringe someone else's rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypernova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Hypernova is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
